Learning is a personal process - from the way a person takes in new information, to the way she remembers it and is, or is not, changed by it.
An individual can optimize his learning experience by understanding his particular learning style. Are you a visual learner? Do you show a preference for auditory input? Are you better able to pick up new skills by actively trying them out?
Once you are aware of your favored style, use that knowledge to your advantage.
